Buffalo Chicken Pull Apart Bread is a delicious and fun appetizer that combines the flavors of buffalo chicken and cheesy bread. Here’s a simple recipe to make it:
Ingredients:
- Cooking spray
- 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (like Cholula® Original)
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions, plus more for garnish
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz.)
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9″x5″ loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup of cheddar with cream cheese, hot sauce, green onions, and honey. Fold in the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut each biscuit in half horizontally and press into thin rounds. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture on top of each biscuit half, leaving one without any mixture.
- Stack the biscuits with chicken mixture between each layer, leaving the ends bare.
- Place the stack on its side in the prepared loaf pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for another 15 minutes until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Let it cool slightly, then remove from the pan. Garnish with green onions and serve.
Enjoy your Buffalo Chicken Pull Apart Bread! It’s perfect for sharing with friends and family. 😊
